Storage Facilities
Our freezer and coolroom are capable of holding over 300 pallets combined and are alarmed and datalogged for your quality peace of mind. We have immediate plans to expand our coolroom to store a further 1000 pallets of cheese. Our facilities can accommodate for the receival of:
- Refrigerated trucks and semi-trailers
- 20" Reefer contatiner
- 40" Reefer container
Shredding Facility
Our fully automated and state of the art shredding facility gives us the flexibility to deliver your cheese precisely the way you want it. We also have the capability to blend several types of different cheeses. We provide the following services:
- Fine shredding
- Shredding
- Blends
- Shaving
- Dry grating
Cut and Pack
We are fully equipped to block and cube bulk cheese to your desired size whilst ensuring minimal excess wastage. We can do the following:
- Vacuum pack in high barrier bags
- Vacumm pack in shrink bags
- Label products
Quality
Our rigorous food safety standards and quality assurance program guarantees your products' integrity is consistent and of high quality. Our facility is also HALAL certified by JAKIM to meet the growing needs of our clients.
- Austral Dairy Group Food Safety Policy 1) Consistently produce quality and safe products at all stages of production, ensuring that the delivered product to the customer is safe for its intended use and free from chemical, biological, and physical contamination.
- 2) Consistently meeting customer’s requirements in terms of quality, safety, security and timely traceability with the implementation of FSSC 22000 & MS 1480:2019.
- 3) Consistently reviewing and improving our Food Safety Management System to ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 & MS 1480:2019, statutory & regulatory requirements.
- In upholding our commitment to food safety standards, our objectives are:
- 1. To have fewer than 12 customer complaints per calendar year
- 2. To have no cases of microbiological, chemical or physical contamination
Import and Export
Based on our knowledge and experience exporting products to markets worldwide, our export and design teams will liaise with you to create a label for your product that complies with local regulations and include translation into any language should it be required. We can deliver your product via:
- Road freight
- Sea freight
- Air freight
