Grated Cheese

Grated parmesan has so many uses, from pasta dishes to industrial use as an ingredient for bakeries or manufacturing. To extended shelf life, we provide dry grated parmesan which is sifted, making it free flowing and easy to sprinkle.

Block Cheese
Block Product: Mozzarella, Cheddar and Parmesan
We can accommodate any size block cutting size, from 200g through to 10kg from a 20kg bulk cheese size. We ensure minimal wastage on your product bringing savings to you. All cheese packs are vacuum sealed for longer lasting shelf life. We can pack in printed bags or label your product.
Retail Pack size: 200g to 1kg
Cubed Cheese
Cube Product: Mozzarella and Cheddar
Austral Dairy Group can cube from 3cm to 5cm portions. Cube cheese is packed in a gas flushed high barrier bag for convenience of use and longer shelf life.
