With over 23 years management experience in the dairy industry, Ariel Mendoza saw the need to assist Australian dairy manufacturers save on the ever increasing cost of manufacturing. In 2017, Austral Dairy Group was established as the first Australian dairy company operating a state of the art shredding, grating and block cutting facility in Malaysia.
Austral Dairy Group primarily services the contract packing needs of Australian and New Zealand dairy manufacturers throughout South-East Asia and beyond. Dairy manufacturers from around the world are also invited to utilise our services. These services include shredding, shaving, cubing, blocking and grating various types of cheeses for the local and international markets at an affordable price point for the retail and foodservice sectors.
